Rebecca Tabor
Rebecca Tabor is a senior at Columbus High School who will be attending Columbus State University next year. She plans to double major, with a BA in Fine Arts and a BA in Biology.
Artist statement:
Over the course of my sustained investigation, I primarily worked to answer what pollution means and impacts. I began first with “How does pollution impact the environment?”. Later, I explored the human involvement in retaining a harmful environment, by questioning “What is the human contribution to pollution and what mentalities cause it?” As I moved forward, the questions shifted to including how the problem of pollution can be solved, and by which methods.
